The Sequoia Residences at Marigold will contain 50 residences, all large one, two, and three-bedroom units, many with dens. All homes include high ceilings, air conditioning, and generous balconies. The upper floors have fantastic ocean and island views. All suites have access to a communal landscaped rooftop amenity, including a BBQ area and a large sitting area covered with a canopy and pergola, perfect for relaxing and socializing! 

The underground parkade is hidden by tiered landscaping and has ample bike parking and EV charging stations. There will also be plenty of storage.
